A new survey of the European automotive industry revealed that, while free and open source software (FOSS) is even more pervasive in the development cycle than anticipated, the necessary FOSS governance processes are lacking, at best.
This webinar will provide important insights into the study results, including:
-- How and why the automotive industry is looking to FOSS as a source of differentiation and competitive advantage
-- The importance of proper governance and compliance processes, and key factors to consider when creating these processes
-- The level of engagement automotive companies have within the broader open source community
